Q: Is it legal to purchase medicines
online?
Yes. Our sponsoring pharmacy supply network only works with legitimate, US–licensed
pharmacists and physicians to provide legal, valid prescriptions and personal
online consultations. It is a violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic
Act to dispense prescription drugs without
a valid prescription. You can provide your own RX or obtain one from the
US-licensed physicians who are part of a specialized network who will review
your information to determine whether a valid prescription can be issued to you.
The online personal consultation is absolutely FREE to you. It is our goal
to create a successful, positive, safe, non-embarrassing, discreet,
private, convenient experience for you the consumer.

Q: Are there any benefits to purchasing approved
drugs online?
Yes. The FDA states: “Legitimate pharmacy sites on the Internet provide consumers
with a convenient, private, way to obtain needed medications, sometimes at
more affordable prices. The elderly and persons in remote areas can avoid the
inconvenience of traveling to a store to purchase medications. Many reputable
Internet pharmacies allow patients to consult with a licensed pharmacist from
the privacy of their home. Moreover, Internet pharmacies can provide customers
with written product information and references to other sources of information
like the traditional storefront pharmacy. Finally, the increasing use of computer
technology to transmit prescriptions from doctors to pharmacies is likely to
reduce prescription errors.”

Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: Online consultations are an innovation in health care that utilize
the Internet to improve patient access to the physician. Under this system,
the patient no longer needs to receive a traditional physical exam by the
physician, rather the patient completes an online questionnaire, and this
questionnaire is then submitted to the physician using our secure order system.
In must be said that online consultations can never take the place of traditional
medicine, they do provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment
for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require
a physical exam.
Our sponsoring pharmacy network is committed to meeting and exceeding all government
regulations covering this new form of health care provision.

Q: Isn't it cheaper to order
from Canada?
A: Not any longer. Prices have risen sharply. And, technically it's not legal.
Special notice to consumers who think ordering from a pharmacy in Canada is a good idea: Due to the current state of regulations, the FDA has taken the position that virtually all shipments of prescription drugs imported from a Canadian pharmacy by a U.S. consumer may violate the law. Importing drugs and pharmaceuticals from other foreign countries also a serious violation of U.S. laws. See related information and articles.
